HOW TO USE

Internal Consumption:

For general use as a health supplement, we recommend you take 1 teaspoon twice a day (morning and evening). Those taking it for the first time should ideally start with half a teaspoon once a day, and increase gradually.

External Application:

Our Black Seed Oil can also be used externally on the skin, face, and hair.  For first time users who wish to apply the extract to their hair, we recommend diluting it with coconut oil for the first month. You may gradually move on to applying 100% Black Seed Oil to your hair.

Caution: Avoid contact with eyes, since it may cause irritation.
